Termogi- 102  Front mounted adhesive 

Termogi 102 is a stick-shaped, co-polyester based thermoplastic adhesive and used in front mounted machines.

Termogi 102 is an ideal adhesive for the production of shoes thanks to its quick application time, flexibility, wettability and excellent adhesion performance to leather, synthetic leather and salpa(insoles).

Since a wide variety of materials are used in shoe manufacturing today, it is recommended to experiment with Termogi 102 first. Does not contain tin.

Technicial Specifications:

Colour : White , Diameter : 3.9 mm +/-1mm,

Melting Degree : 170C,    Viscosity  : 40g / 10 Minutes,

Application Degree : 230-240C

Packaging  : It contains 12 rolls from approximately 2.08 kg in a 25 kg net cardboard box.

Storage Conditions  : It can be stored for 12 months in its original packaging, in a cool, dry and dark place. It should be kept at 15–20 ° C at least 24 hours before using in environments where it is stored at 5–10 ° C or below.

Nowadays, it is recommended to experiment with Termogi 202 since a wide variety of materials are used in shoe production. Made from 80% recycled sources.

Melting Degree : 172C,    Viscosity : 3,5 Pa·s,

Application Degree : 220-240C

Packaging: 20 kg net cardboard box contains 12 rolls from about 1.67 kg.
